Q: Why didn't I get my promo?
A: In almost all cases that we've investigated in the past, farmers did not follow all the instructions. It's important to read through to make sure you're eligible for the promo. If it's a PAYPAL promotion, then you will need to purchase through PayPal. If it's an inapp promo, then you will need to purchase through google or apple's in app purchases
Also make sure to read the forums to make sure the DATES AND TIMES for the promo. Some promos last only a few hours or days, so please double check this info before contacting support.
Q: What method of funding did I use?
A: In your airG Wallet, it will tell you the number of credits that was added to your account and in brackets the method of funding. The methods are Android, Apple, Carrier Billing, PayPal and Zong.
Q: Can you explain what the methods are?
A: Android (Google Play), Apple (App Store), Carrier billing (bill to phone), Zong (bill to phone/txt message), and PayPal (through an account created on PayPal.com)
Q: I've read through the instructions for the promo and really believe I'm eligible! Why didn't I get my promo?
A: If you are the 0.2% that fall in this category, then please email email@example.com with FULL DETAILS of your account, including proof of method of payment (transaction date and time), phone number, airG and airGames username and PayPal email address (if applicable).
